LAMOTO - "Foreign Language Trainer For Mother Tongue: a train-the-trainer curriculum"

The knowledge of foreign languages constitutes a priority for the training of adults, particularly in the modern multicultural European reality, which is characterized by an intense migratory tendency.
The project "Foreign Language Trainer For Mother Tongue: a train-the-trainer curriculum", which is implemented within the framework of the Programme LEONARDO DA VINCI and the action Learning Partnerships, aims to encourage the learning of foreign languages through the creation of a curriculum for vocational training that will address professionals of the field and more particularly immigrants that would like to teach their mother tongue in their new country, but do not have the suitable educational background.
To the project participate partners from Turkey, France and Greece (ZEUS). The project began in August 2008 and is expected to finish in July 2010.
